Graveyard Keeper is the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management sim of all time. Build and manage your own graveyard, and expand into other ventures, while finding shortcuts to cut costs. Use all the resources you can find. After all, this is a game about the spirit of capitalism, and doing whatever it takes to build a thriving business. And it’s also a love story.
- Face ethical dilemmas. Do you really want to spend money on that proper burger meat for the witch-burning festival, when you have so many resources lying around?
- Gather valuable materials and craft new items. Expand your Graveyard into a thriving business. Help yourself - gather the valuable resources scattered across the surrounding areas, and explore what this land has to offer.
- Quests and corpses. These dead bodies don't need all those organs, do they? Why not grind them up and sell them to the local butcher? Or you can go on proper quests, you roleplayer.
- Explore mysterious dungeons. No medieval game would be complete without those! Take a trip into the unknown, and discover new alchemy ingredients -- which may or may not poison a whole bunch of nearby villagers.

Everything is great except how long it takes to walk around. TOO SLOW. TOO MUCH WALKING. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY PLEASE PUT IN AT LEAST SOME RUNNING SHOES LIKE POKEMON DIAMOND, OR LET US RIDE A HORSE OR SOMETHING! ANYTHING TO MAKE US MOVE SUPER FAST WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT TO MAKE SPEED POTIONS OR THE GAME TO GLITCH RANDOMLY. You even have to pay for teleport stones. do it! i WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A 4.5 / 5 BUT THE SLOW PACE IS SERIOUSLY HOLDING THIS GEM BACK.

Mac Port is unplayable
I think maybe the mac port was just released? I am on a 2015 macbook with i5 processor and 10.12.6 OSX version and the game is *unplayable* due to performance issues. Every time the screen needs to re-render as you are walking the frame rate drops massively and if you were walking, when the frame rate restores, your character is stuck walking in the same direction as if you were still holding down the movement key. The only way to fix this is to minimize the game and re-open it. But it happens every single time you are walking for more than a few paces in a straight line, making the game simply unplayable. Actions in the game also drop my frame rate quite a bit, e.g. digging the grave. It seems like this stuff should be a cakewalk for my computer, but it isn't. Bottom line: There are a number of performance issues on the mac port of this game right now making the game unplayable.

COULD have been good..... maybe I was spoiled by Star Dew but this little game gives us spongy controls, repetition, difficult to read text and IMO .... but the biggest negative is the aspect of cannibalism.... sorry that is just plain disgusting.... truly, truly disg;usting . Deleted.
