Fran Bow
Opis
Fran Bow is a creepy adventure game that tells the story of Fran, a young girl struggling with a mental disorder and an unfair destiny.
After witnessing the gruesome and mysterious loss of her parents, found dismembered at their home, Fran rushes into the woods, together with her only friend, Mr. Midnight, a black cat that Fran had previously received as a present from her parents.
In the forest, Fran goes into shock over the loss of her parents and when she recovers, she’s at Oswald Asylum, an oppressive mental institution for children, and Mr. Midnight is nowhere to be found.
After having a dream about her beloved cat, Fran decides to escape from the mental institution to find him and go back home to Aunt Grace, her only living relative.

Interesting game, terrible ending.
I'll just quote a part of an another review that sums up my feelings perfectly: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Third: The thing that really annoyed me was the ending. It's like the designer just decided they were done with the story now and wanted to go do something else. A bunch of confusing stuff happens quickly with vague explanations, and then suddenly "oh it's over now." It's like if Lord of the Rings ended with Frodo and Sam going off in the rowboat, and Aragorn/Legolas/Gimli say they're going to go look for the other hobbits, and that's all there is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Had I known the ending, I wouldn't get the game - I can't stand games that leave you hanging like that. Literally NOTHING resolved, nothing explained. What the hell. It's a real pity because the rest of the game, everything before the ending, was really great!
