    Timelapse animations, opponents and elements of 2D in a 3D environment; first aid kits and life points, non-reloading weapons, powerups during dynamic combat with numerous opponents.

Overall, however, this is a one-of-a-kind horror FPS delight. All the game’s nuances and features come together to craft an ode to H.P. Lovecraft that the author himself would be proud of. With incredible gunplay, myriad secrets to uncover, a gorgeous aesthetic, and memorable boss encounters, its technical issues don’t quite stop Forgive Me Father from being something a die-hard FPS fanatic looking for a fresh, new experience should miss out on.

Forgive Me Father is a good first-person shooter that, despite embracing the retro concept, does not rely on nostalgia to draw players in. I played it relatively cautiously, conserving ammo when I could, and I didn’t feel like the madness system worked against me. But the game is at its best in the big arena fights, with big groups of enemies, a shredding soundtrack, and no option but to take the fight to them.

Game is OK -Good

It simply is a FPS, but my issue it consistently stutters why? Just why? thankfully presing "Esc" will pause the game to help mitigate any damage that might've happened in the abrupt stop in the flow of gameplay otherwise I'd 2 Star this.

Wowtha. I get to fight Clutullu mythos

I got to say the game is intense and I love every second of it. If you like boomer shooters and wish to fire into a crowd of unspeakable horrors in self defense, this is the game for you. You can choose between two characters that will have thier own playstyles on top abilities that will help you on your journey. Every firefight is intense but can be overcomed, and atmosphere and artstyle is gorgeous to look at when you get the chance to admire the environments and weapons you weld in your hands. It can feel bright and hard to look at time when the gloom effects happen, but it is something I can expect when dealing a setting with H.P. Lovecraft's work. I highly reccomend it when you feel the urge to go through a bunch of boomer shooters, and to use this game as a time sink for yourself you can go through it all over again in new game plus mode after you beat it the first time, and an endless mode for more more endless mobs to slaughter by you Holy/Journalist might.

The Great Old Ones Call to Us

Great fun for anyone who loves boomer shooters and the artstyle is amazing and as a fan of cthulhu mythos i had a blast playing this
