Runs just fine for me...
With some trepidation, I ran this mod after reading lots of negative reviews. Well, I've just played 2 hours straight without a single crash and only a few small negatives. So what's the magic trick? Well, I bought the GOG version of FO4 as downpatching my Steam version sounded like a headache. I then installed FO4 and then ran it once, setting it to Ultra settings and then changed the hud colour in the in-game menu. I did not start a game, just booted it up until I got to the menu and exited. Then I downloaded and installed Fallout London. Booted it up, and played. The only setting I changed was once again changing the hud colour. My setup isn't brilliant, but it works for previous-gen games like FO4: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Mobo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max RAM: 32gb DDR4 (1600 MHz) GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 Super (6gb) Storage: SSD drives OS: Windows 10 Pro Monitors: Two 27" 1440p monitors connected via DisplayPort, but I switch one off while playing. That's it. Nothing brilliant, but gameplay was buttery smooth with no issues whatsoever. Now, what didn't I like? Two things... 1. The loading screens are ridiculously long. Hopefully this can be optimised in a future update. 2. Walking down streets in downton London between rows of terraced houses and not a single one can be entered. Made it feel less like a big city, though I appreciate the scale of this project and creating even more interiors would have pushed release out even further. But still, it was a little disappointing. Anyway, if you have the Steam version and aren't getting anywhere, I'd recommend trying the GOG version. You can always get a refund if you still can't get it to work.
