Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.
Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

I've been really keen to play this as avid fallout fan and overall, what it trys to do is fantastic. I would love to play this but unfortunately I'm surprised they released this as a buggy messy.
No problems until you hit the main city, the game will shutdown and close to desktop. No warnings or messages. Just crashes. Seemsed to happen when exploring new zones or going through certain cell doors that load into the main world.
I've used buffout and various tips and tricks found on the forums with experience in running mods on fallout 4 but alas nothing of these options really worked. Just prolongued attempts to make something work that wasn't ready to be released.
Which does say something, I want to play this and happy to review this again. But at this current state the mod is unplayable for me. Happy to review this again but after the 5th attempt of a reinstall I'm out.
If you are suffering from crashes after leaving the train, install the latest "Buffout 4" Mod from Nexus! It should fix that!

Btw the atmosphere of Falout London is already amazing! But I need to play more
Played and looked good, but about two hours in it crashed. Now it crashes constantly at the loading screen, just as it should go to the actual game screen. It happened before after about 8 hours of play then it started to do the same thing, so I uninstalled both Fallout 4 and Fallout London then reinstalled both, the crashing started again. Had a look around a bit and found a recommendation to use buffout 4 so i tried that, tried running as admin, still the crashes happen. I have been lucky on the odd try that I got into the actual game for it to crash at the first door I go through. Look, to tell the truth I'm a grumpy old fart (60), who is not that clever when it comes to games and mods. So if there is someone out there that can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. This game is a ache to install even as somebody who can use windows and mods pretty well, it crashes so often it makes FO4 look good, i cant even get past the first mission currently without straight to desktop crashes, i think its somehopw corrupted itself which will be a long reinstall of FO4 which i cba doing tbh, i have a heacache from this now, it should never have been released in this state
