Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.
Fallout: London lets you explore a dishevelled London set in the Fallout universe. It overhauls Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, London-centric items and a vast recreation of the ruined city to explore.
Fallout: London is a free total conversion mod for Fallout 4, available to anyone who owns the base game and all of its DLCs. It is developed non-commercially by Team FOLON, many of whom are proud London residents or expats.
There has never been a better time to sample the capital’s delights! Fallout: London lets you explore the wonders of the city 160 years after the bombs have dropped, and 40 years before the events of Fallout 3. You can now reimagine Fallout in a London-centric universe, interacting with a brave new world of London-based locations, stories, factions, creatures, weapons, and gameplay mechanics.
The Gentry-dominated London stands on a knife-edge, and you may be the key to which way the guillotine falls. Play a new story set in London with a fresh character beginning, numerous conflicting factions to engage with and multiple story paths and endings with up to 90 hours of gameplay. Just be aware of what terrible secrets you may uncover in the shadowy gaps amidst the halls of power.

Please fix the issue
whithe after i get off the train it keep kicking me off that and play so much kick me off again. How can i play the game if it keep kick me off. Besides that so the game i play of it look cool. I just want someone to fix the issue so i can play the game.

Absolutely Mindblowing
After small bits of adjustments in order to make it Crashing-free, its safe to say that this mod is absolutely incredible. Sometimes I forget that this is a mod. Everything is changed. There is nothing left untouched. I hardly find something that reminds me of the "old" Fallout 4 textures. Unbelievable that is feels and looks BETTER than the original Fallout game. The PibBoy, the Computers, nature, everything is top level. Voice acting is gorgeous. Architecture is mind-blowing. My brain cannot process the amount of detail in this map! :O > Not yet finished the game but some identified small problems: - Some small textures not properly aligned and are visually glitching. - Some quests are little broken (missing the dialogue texts entirely but you have to select something to say but is missing). - NPCs keep repeating the same phrases. - Ammo is kinda scarce. Waste 20 bullets for 2 bullets enemies drop when killed. - Prices per items at vendors are way to real life London where you are too poor (out of Tickets) to buy even water. - NPCs have weird and unbalanced level of damage and life. Small enemies do same or higher damage as bigger ones. Some feel like a bulletsponge. - Doors labels are not properly clear. Don't quite know which one just opens or which one changes the map. - The British rain feels like having no life. No sound at all. The radioactive one feels and sounds better. *** But these bugs don't impact gameplay too much; easy to forget and move forward to exploration and story <3 The only wishes I have are: - More enterable buildings and interiors. Way to many damaged / destroyed buildings just for texture purpose. - More interiors. Or at least less doors that look like usable but are just texture. Nevertheless, especially that is free, these guys deserve a medal. Bethesda devs MUST praise them, and help them with updated / improvements.

It's a great mod BUT it's made on F4...
Mod is great, makes Fallout 4 somewhat enjoyable, sadly F4 is the base for it. The level-based random loot completely kills exploration for me since no matter where you go you will find the same kind of junk. Every single crate has two types of ammo, currency, leg armour and night vision gun, with rare items that can be found in the enviroment that show some kind of enviromental story telling(which is greatly apprieciated). Then again, one could argue that it's not fault of the mod but of the F4 itself, idk but I assume that this loot randomization could have been changed, hence 3/5.

Great when it's working
I was able to play this for 6 to 8 hours with no crashes, using a fresh GOG install with the Buffout 4 and Load Accelerator mods. They nailed the atmosphere and did a great job with the world building. The voice acting, writing and story seemed good from what I seen so far, I enjoyed learning about all the factions. The mod is difficult and a little punishing in some ways, but I really enjoyed that in comparison to Bethesda baby mode difficulty settings. The problems started when I started exploring the Isle of Dogs. The game started consistently crashing when entering certain cells. Prior to the the crashing I noticed more and more degraded performance (small freezes and frame drops) that I suspect is some kind of scripting issue. I'd recommend waiting for the FOLON team to work out some of issues before playing. The crashing issues are very frustrating because the mod is genuinely great and you want to keep playing.

The next Fallout spinoff game next to NV
Does it crash? yes Do you need to fiddle with settings and mods to get it stable and running better? yes Is it a free, full game sized, fully voiced, open world Fallout game packaged as a mod? yes Does it overall run and feel worse then a new AAA game? no Technical issues exist and they are frustrating but i cannot get over how much content, new assets, voice lines, weapons, creatures, etc are here and all rival what Bethesda has been putting out. I honestly think this is better than F4 was at launch and is better than F76 is now. If they can give us 2-3 patches to sort out stability and optimization, to squeeze a bit more performance out of it, i can only recommend it to both F fans, BGS fans and Action-RPG fans
