Where it all began!
Hot Damn! Even though I started with F-19 (hint hint...) this is on a level pretty much the same. I spent nights in and nights out playing these. The reason why I'm into flight sims and will never ever leave! A timeless classic, even with it's block smoke will always have a very warm place in my heart!

Played this game to death when I first bought it, and its great to see it on GOG. 90's graphics, but what the hell, but wonderful gameplay. Now, if GOG were to release Flight Of The Intruder that would make my year. You fly an A6 or an F4 over Vietnam. If you fancy a good read try the book of the same name, written by an A6 pilot.

Garbage dont buy
Not the old Microprose varient....maybe one day we will get those Good Old Games from MP back Graphics are way worse than the old C64 varient....I dont klnow what this is

Good no great
This was a good game not a great one. It has a lot of good features and on GOG is well worth the money. However, IF they convert Gunship 2000, to GOG that would sell like hotcakes! I would put this in the same category as F15 Strike Eagle

Wow, what a fun game!
I played about all the flight demos I could get my hands on back in the early 90's and owned a few full games as well, so the genre certainly hits home to me... but honestly, this is so much more fun then I could have expected! Just r unning this quick little sneaky missions is a real blast, really look forward to tinkering in the different parts of the world. I wish there was a campaign, but at least there is a nice career mode which is a joy, a true rogue-like situation. If you are a fan of older flight sims or want to experience a blast from the past, dive in!
