Event[0]

Event[0] is basically a walking simulator with puzzles and logs reading. Quite simple but yet unique due to the game's responsive and interacting computer AI. You can hold conversations (well somewhat), compliment and command the AI to do various things and depending on how well you treat it... it'll be more or less nice to you in certain situations. The game itself is on the short side of the spectrum but will three multiple endings, you will probably be able to play it for a bit longer. There's a lot to explore and background lore to discover. For now I've only gotten one of the endings, I will replay in the future to get the other two. I recommend this game and it would be nice to see more games from the devs in the future!

Bardzo ciekawa koncepcja. Rozgrywka jest żywcem wyjęta z Odysei Kosmicznej - jesteśmy na statku kosmicznym - my oraz statkowa sztuczna inteligencja. Co do której szybko nabieramy wątpliwości, czy aby jest godna zaufania. Gameplay ogranicza się praktycznie do poruszania i ręcznego wpisywania poleceń bądź pytań w konsoli komputerów sztucznej inteligencji. Jest to więc rozmowa z botem, która potrafi potoczyć się w różnych kierunkach, a SI zaczyna mieć o nas własne zdanie. Oczywiście konieczna jest znajomość języka angielskiego i to na tyle dobra, aby konstruować proste zdania dla komputera. Opowiedziana przez grę historia może głowy nie urywa, ale trzyma się kupy, a sposób rozgrywki jest interesujący i aż prosi się o więcej (o prawdziwą SI!). Gra jest krótka, kiedy przechodziłem po raz drugi, znając już co gdzie i jak - wyszła może z godzina. Ale pierwsze przejście i mnóstwo pytań do komputera, by wyciągnąć informacje o losach poprzedniej załogi to już dobre cztery godzinki (choć parę razy miałem zastój, bo przegapiłem parę szczegółów). Właściwie druga rozgrywka jest nawet wskazana - by tylko spojrzeć na to jak bardzo odmienne będą reakcje komputera, kiedy my się zachowujemy inaczej. W pełnej cenie to chyba trochę mało rozgrywki, ja kupiłem na przecenie -50% i w takiej jak najbardziej polecam.

Really short but fun space horror/detective experience, unfortunately ruined by weird lag spikes, crashes and performance problems. Had some nice moments trying to converse with the AI and definitely felt the tension in a lot of places, yet the immersion was often completely destroyed by the suddenly idiotic responses you would get. I wanted so much more to come out of our 'conversations' together, but in the end I even crashed on the ending. Would have gone for a refund if I didn't get it for free (courtesy of humble bundle monthly). Little to no computer support while searching for online solutions to my lag issues. Many grumbles.

Nice and good game. Not a top AAA+ rated flagship game, but a decent indie-like walking simulator. It has a very good atmosphere with retro vibe, and relatively good story. As most of the (indie) walking sims, it's not last long, we can finish around 6 hours. It is a good catch around 10 euro.

I really enjoyed the game for talking to the AI. Of course if you don't roleplay at all and just through stupid things at it, it will never notice and continue to give proper answers to progress the story. If you dig into it and ask the right questions at a moment where it makes sense, the answers are often very surprising and you learn a lot about what the AI thinks or plans. Everything in the game is done by text in the terminal, in case some people don't like such games. Then there is the beautiful graphic, I had all maxed and it looked very good. Especially the trips into space are fun and you hear the beautiful main theme over the radio. Only 4/5 because it is really short and depending on what end you choose by your actions, it can be quite confusing leaving many questions open.
