Dungeons & Dragons: Dragonshard

For a game this old, it should be easy to set everything on max right? Wrong. The game lags quite much, specially on scrolling, and the cause are actually grass and cloth animation. Game's quite good tho and you can turn em off (grass and cloth animation)

Not a great RTS, not a great RPG, not a (at least in my opinion) good old game. It has tedious combat, no real links to DnD, an interesting but ultimately flawed building concept and a repetitive nature about it that made me give up half way through. On the plus side, it is quite challenging. Except I often felt it was challenging because of the bad micromanagement system rather than because of the actual level!

Dragonshards may be a good game but if you are above junior high you're probably too old to touch it. i bought it when i was 22 and regretted ever trying it (or being born too early for that matter)

This is the first D&D 3.5 RTS game. It's on par with Battle for Middle Earth games and really well done!

I would definately have but this from gog if i did not already have it, some of the reviews are very negative, but you should try the game for youself, after all 9.99 is not a fortune. mind you i did just buy spellforce platinum, great buy at the offer price.
