Very well made. The puzzles are too difficilt. You just keep pushing buttons until it works. I don't get the logic.

Opis
Waking up on Mars with no memory and a wound you can’t explain, you begin a desperate search for answers - about yourself, your past, and the catastrophe looming over two worlds.
You soon meet Samantha Miles, an agent of a sketchy world-wide conglomerate, who claims to know you. As she helps you with your identity, you aid her in the quest to find a long lost friend and missing agent. When the original events of Doom 3 unfold, the two of you must scramble for safety while still tracking down the missing agent and your identity.
Haunted by fragmented memories and guided by the familiar voice of a girl named Lee, you’ll unearth bittersweet flashbacks, and fight for survival as a mysterious and deadly invasion spreads from the shadows of Mars.
Doom 3: Phobos is a free mod for Doom 3, available to anyone who owns the base game and DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil Expansion. It is developed non-commercially by Team Future.

long "cutscenes"
I'll stick with vanilla Doom 3 and RoE, at least I can have the freedom to explore and get to the point. This mod has voice acting and unskippable dialogue that I DON'T want in a Doom game.

Before you can play Doom in the Doom mod, you have to walk around for an hour (no joke, an HOUR) listening to anime tier voice acting (not a compliment) with typos in the subtitles and some crappy exposition and annoying flashbacks about some girl your character knew when you were kids or something. There are some new assets created for this mod, which is nice, and some of the level design is actually quite good. But it also continually tries to be subtly funny by adding in references to other FPS games that just kinda falls flat for me (one apartment you come across early on belongs to a guy named Wolf N. Stein, and he lives in apartment 3D. I wish I was kidding). This works for other games, but not for Doom. There are these tedious train segments with a train car that looks like it came straight from Duke Nukem 3D (again, not a compliment) where you just have to sit there and do nothing. I think this mod was made with the wrong game for the wrong audience. If it was a Half-Life mod or something, it might work better. At least you still get to play Super Turbo Turkey Puncher 3.
