Amazing Game!
I went into this game not having much experience with stealth or 1st person view games (which I absolutely can't stand), but by the end, not only did I get used to it, but it didn't even bother me anymore. The fact that the game lets you play however you wish, be it sneaking around and not killing innocents, or having entire areas descend into chaos as you cut everyone down in creative ways is what makes it so memorable to me, amongst other things. The supernatural powers are amazing (you can slow down time, see through walls, pretty much teleport around with Blink, etc), and I've never felt so powerful in a game as I rained down chaos upon the poor unsuspecting guards standing in my way. The stylized graphics were also a plus. It truly felt like a unique world and I wish more games went with these types of stylized graphics as opposed to the hyper realistic stuff we see nowadays. I also really enjoyed the characters and the story, as well as the creative ways in which you can deal with your targets. It was a fun game, which I plan to replay in the future. Truly a gem in my opinion. tl;dr: 10/10 would recommend

Revolutionary
Dishonored was an important milestone in the immersive sim genre, my favourite in gaming. The story is captivating, the powers are creative, the level design, the world and the lore are all great too. Replayability is also very high with the chaos system and its effects on the world as well as the character progression diversity that is possible with the different playstyles. Highly recommended.
