was enjoying myself until I upgraded DV
I like some of the changes they made, specially how enemies are more pereceptive making the stealth more challenging. That said, I got heartbroken, you see, I love loot, but I have poor eyesight which means in a rich and detailed enviroment I can't find loot for my life, D1 was great because once I cleared out enemies I went through every nook looking for the loot with the help of dark vision, but they nerfed it so badly for this game that now I can't find shit, I played for several hours waiting with glee anticipation that moment when I could finally upgrade dark vision to find all that sweet loot, and what do I get?, nothing, there's no high contrast for the loot which means dark vision is useless to me and now I can't enjoy the game, I don't mind at all how they nerfed it for enemies, but for the loot... nuh uh, that's too much, at least they could have added an option to highlith loot without the need of powers like in the new deus ex or the old thief (well, not so much for thief, but is an old game with a lot less detail so the loot was easily identifiable against the background) soo yeah, unless I find a way to fix dark vision or loot highlights I'm not touching this one ever again
