The Mighty Lords watch silently as their Disciples prepare for the
daunting tasks ahead. Each warrior must engage in a struggle of

Dlaczego warto kupować na GOG.COM?
BEZ DRM. Aktywacja ani połączenie internetowe nie są wymagane do gry.
Played this at release and had a blast. Kinda like Heros of might and magic but with single powerful units that can upgrade instead of stacks of units.
Most levels involve clearing the map with your main heros army that carries over from mission to mission.
As of 2014 though the graphics no longer hold up , maps look like a blurry mess and only the unit portraits still look good.
The sequel is much better imo , though it trades the slightly anime look for a more gothic one.
The game is great, but credit is due to Strategy First for developing. The copy I paid for from GOG, however, didn't even run. MEM_BAD_POINTER error. Luckily, I was able to look up fixes online and solved the problem by editing the DISCIPLES.INI file, so I'm getting my money's worth now, but I wasn't impressed with the product and I shouldn't have had to do that. If I wasn't tech savy, it would have been an absolute waste of money.
The game is just as nostalgic as I remember, with crisp sounds and tenuous combat. That said, it's just as bad as I remember too - in that the Computer completely cheats at times, buffs aren't always as listed, and Initiative is effectively meaningless in many cases. Cheat codes are a must in this, otherwise prepare to spend round after round hobbling your butt back to a city. And if you lose your top hero, you're better off reloading a save or just quitting.
