Original, artistic and atmospheric
The gameplay loop is very simple and very original compared to the usual TBS tropes. The way you gather, spend and the fact that the most important resource is your unit XP makes resource management a unique challenge. Unit management and progression is also very unique. The game has 5 unique and interesting factions and gameplay changes a bit based on the one you choose. Combat is similar to JRPGs. But the game shines in it's artwork. To this day some of the best quality and original I've ever seen. A must have to any TBS fan and mabybe even a few casuals.
