Interesting Story, but crashes.

Started the story, CTDs soon enough at the helicopter ambush with DX-12 on & 4xMSAA. So I switched to DX-11 & MSAA off, lagged into oblivion, landing jump near helicopter, did not have counter on but possibly 10-15FPS. Volumetric Lighting detail always off, so sandstorm & steam were not the issue. Later down the game, DX-11 presented an MDM.EXE error. Switched back to DX-12, it is visibly much faster and not laggy at all, got MDM.EXE error again, when I got to the TF-29 HQ. Many of the fancy graphics are OFF not low (as I hate some of them like motion blur & depth of field). I don't know what else to do, the autosaves on the game are not on timer but checkpoint. Another bad console ported game to PC. I don't use mods, this is a clean install & clean run, no launcher.

Great Game, Poor Optimization

There are numerous game-breaking bugs that haven't been patched. In my three playthroughs, the game consistently crashes during the train station cutscene. The game often randomly crashes even without dx12, save files get corrupted when you overwrite saves, and now the game crashes every time I fast travel in Prague. It's a very good game, better than Human Revolution in many ways, but it's sad to see this game in the state it's in due to poor optimization. There are no community patches that fix these game-breaking bugs unlike Human Revolution, which runs pretty well without them anyway.

Clunky, poorly programmed mess

I am only a little over one hour in, but this game has no redeemable qualities. The game is incredibly poorly optimized. I have played games with much better graphics flawlessly, yet this game (not even at the best settings) lags through cut scenes The combat is janky and outright unfunny. It is terrible. Probably the worst I have played in the past 5 years. It means that if you have any desire to not play it stealthily, then this game won’t be for you. It gives you terrible dialogue, a terrible plot and overall just several plot elements that do not convey any emotions or give you any reason to be invested. This is, in every single conceivable way, a worse game than its predecessor. Do not waste your money on this.
