You play Adam Jensen, an ex-SWAT specialist who's been handpicked to oversee the defensive needs of one of America's most experimental biotechnology firms. Your job is to safeguard company secrets, but when a black ops team breaks in and kills the very scientists you were hired to protect, everything you thought you knew about your job changes.

Amazing Game BUT core fix needed

As of Dec 2025: Fantastic story and game. Graphics still hold up reasonably well (character models older but graphics are 'crisp'). PLEASE NOTE - if you have a newer machince you will likely need to adjust the core count on your machine before playing (google will tell you how). Hopefully gog adds this to their Good Old Games program similar to Dragon Age Originsm in the future

Great game: again

Played this when it released on x360 back in the day. Nice to revisit, taking a star off because kind of a weird port (there are frameskip issues when aiming) can be fixed with installing dx june2010 redist. Great game, takes a lot more mental concentration than most rpg's.
