Presumably great
I'd have loved to give this a rave review, and enjoy a critically acclaimed game, but I can't. Can't get the game to work, searched online, done some compatibility stuff, added it to a DEP list. Best I can get is a completly silent game that stops accepting inputs after a few seconds. I won't request a refund or waste the Gog staff's time, wouldn't be fair to them.

Nudna i nieciekawa.
Już w dniu premiery odpychała swoją topornością. Wszystko kwadratowe, a twórcom nawet nie chciało się dopasować bitmapy miasta tak żeby nie było przerw między obrazami. Całe to mówienie że gracz może przejść gre jak chce jest bzdurą. Deus EX ani nie jest dobrą strzelanką, ani dobrą skradanką, ani dobrą grą logiczną. Jest niejaki. Uzywanie implantów nie ma sensu. Bardzo szybko znajdujemy w grze super miecz i wyrzutnie rakiet które pomagają szybko pozbyć się wroga. Skradanie nie ma sensu. Wpisywanie haseł do komputera nudzi już za 3 razem. Przedmiotu nie można wyrzucić gdy coś zbieramy. Ciała nie można podnieść gdy mamy pełny plecak ! JAki jest sens ukrywania tych ciał skoro i tak większość żołnierzy nie zwraca na nie uwagi. Fabuła też była oklepana już w 2000 roku. Iluminaci , władza nad światem i koleś wyjęty z Matrixa. W fabule są takie kwiatki jak np. czekający brat w swoim domu podczas gdy był ścigany za zdradę. Ta gra była wydana w tym samym roku co Hitmen gdzie były przepiękne różnorodne lokacje. Z logicznymi przejściami i poruszającymi się liśćmi/flagami. W dodatku animacje. Sceny itp. Deux EX był już wtedy mocno w tyle i nie oferował nic szczególnego. Nigdy nie zrozumiem pociągu mas do tej gry.

Only for the right gamer
Waste of money for me in honesty , The game is complex and full of immersion however all of this doesn't amount to the game being fun and enjoyable for any long period of time , Whilst i applaud the developers for doing something truly different at the time games are supposed to be fun to play and this is where this game falls short , All the people calling it a classic are right for the right reasons but fail to mention why the game is wrong for many types of gamers . I wouldn't waste money if you just want to jump straight in and enjoy a lot of action .
