One Star is Too Many
Good god this game is awful. If you kept a notepad beside you and jotted down all the bad ideas, in the first hour you'd have a novel. It's joyless to play, and the cinematics are so embarrassingly crude that you'll be punching yourself in the face for having paid any amount of money for this steaming pile. ----------- The graphics and sound are miserable. You will laugh at how squirrels sound like monkeys, how lakes appear to be untextured, how footsteps sound the same no matter the surface, and how characters repeat the same lines just seconds after they've spoken. -------- On top of all that, it's even worse on the PC. There are zero graphics options and a fixed resolution, the controls are horrid (even if you plug in a 360 controller), and cinematics stutter like the camera man's having a wicked seizure. ------- Dare I say it, but this is about the equivalent of "Birdemic" in the movie world. It's so bad that you might just play it for the sole purpose of witnessing how shockingly atrocious it really is. Unless you aim to write a funny negative review or Let's Play series, I'd stay far away.
