It's nice to have a different ship skin, but the weapon skins are a little misleading - They're just separate variants of your starting guns and you outgrow those very quickly.

Skin bound to stats is not just skin.

First - Skin directly bound to stats of and item is not a skin. It is not a paint anymore. It is separate item. In case of the weapons it is not even a skin or item to be applied to item, to change it's stats, - it is separate item entirely. The problem is not so much the semantics or technical descriptions (regardless that it is misleading) - the problem is that the first weapons are obsolete at the point you even get to change them with those with "the skin". They say in description. And I quote: "This cosmetic pack can be applied to Forsaken as well as all three of the starting weapons" so it is described properly to the point that it is cosmetic pack for the ship hull, BUT you receive three separate new first level weapons. You, do not apply nothing to any weapon. Again - though it is described, by the time I got to "change and repaint them in hangar" I already had outgrown them. I mean you get weak if you use the DLC content almost immediately. That makes the DLC 50/50 useless - it is if you want skin for ship - ok. This should be fixed. It is not usable. For the ship part it is ok. For weapons - you can take picture in hangar and then replace them. Someone should explain Deep Silver that skin means something usable without being bound to any stats even if it is for certain item. Properly made this case will be - the paint can be applied to any weapons - given the fact there are not so many. Then it arguably can be pleasing in the game for the money they want.
