In strategic mode, you play as either the Romans or the Gauls in a world where tactical and strategic maneuveres are the key to victory. In adventure mode you take on the role of Larax and the battle the warring tribes who have raided your village and killed your wife.

Excelent story for 2D game. Better than succesor. I played that more than 10x.

One of most underrated games ever...

This game is unlike any RTS games i've ever played. You have huge maps, order units to follow leaders (up to 50 per leader) and have to make sure that supply lines work and that you have food mules along with you to supply your men. Just amazing!

Good game but...

Ok i love this game and i wanted to play it with my friends but it is real difficult to do this without the latest patches and i don't think this site has em and when you try to download them from the games sight it says you need to insert the disk so if gog could fix that it would make the game that much more enjoyable
