Great story

I really liked the first 4 games in the Blackwell series. I never thought I'd find another point & click series that would come even close to Broken Sword 1 & 2, but I can happily say Blackwell is right up there. Only two things bothered me: First one is the puzzles, most of them are easy and logical, but towards the end you might find yourself stuck on a puzzle that doesn't seem to have any logical solution to it. Second con is the length of the games, they are short. There's maybe 2-4 hours worth of content per game. But overall, the series is extremely good. The story is great, the little humour there is made me chuckle and the voice acting is well done too. Highly recommended!

Deep and well polished

I only just got into these games recently (saw epiphany advertised on GOG). They feel like they were made back in the heyday of point and click adventures in that the developers have put a LOT of effort into character development, rich dialogue, pixel-perfect graphics and beautiful music. The music gets a special mention because it sets a 'deep in New York' kind of feeling. Lots of original jazz tunes... when are they going to release a Blackwell CD? SERIOUSLY!! Anyway if you haven't already noticed, I'm a fan. This bundle is a bargain and I suggest you purchase it straight away if you haven't already.

Great Adventure Games

Compelling story, interesting characters and lovely vaguely retro graphics. Frankly the biggest weakness is that the games are each fairly short, and when ones biggest complaint is that we want to keep playing a game....well not much higher praise than that.

Great characters and stories

Rosa, Lauren, and Joey are very memorable, and I feel sad after finishing the series because I won't be listening to their witty banter in the evenings anymore. Challenging enough to make you think but not get stuck very often. Great music and stories. I appreciate the artwork as well. Really an excellent series.

DEAR GOD IT'S GOOD

Like I've died and gone to... well.. you know. PERK. why there no space for infinite STARZ? The story is balanced. the gameplay is mostly balanced. there are no anoying pop-up windows teling you which buttosn to push to breathe air unless you want em... MY GOD MAN. Wadjet, I am a fan for life. I played all four this week, in two days, and am waiting patiently for hte awesome that is BLACKWELL: EPIPHANY to come to GOg soon.
