Truly a great game
It's one of the few games nowdays that you as the player have so many possibilities and choices. It's great RPG and in fact a worthy game of the year. Some people may not like the turn based combat and that's ok, but all the the other aspects of it are top noch.

A masterpiece!
The amount of dedication that went into this game is just out this world. This is an epic adventure in the Forgotten Realms, a realm of my childhood. It's funny, mature, demanding and simply FUN! Awesome job team Larian!

A true Modern Classic
So, having played previous Baldurs, Planescape Torment and who knows how many other CRPGs, as well as being an avid tabletop player, I think that Baldur's Gate 3 is THE RPG to play if you are either a fan of the genre or you want to experience it for the first time. Larian Studios outdid themselves (again, after Divinity series) and created something truly beatiful. Every element is just right and toghether they fused into something that might be the best RPG up to date and it might remain on the throne for a long time. But just try it and see for yourself. It is worth it.
