Trine: Ultimate Collection

I have not bought this package but played Trine 1,2 and 4 All on Linux, Trine 4 running through wine compatibility layer. While I haven't played Trine 3, the others were Games I enjoyed with nice graphics, a soundtrack that I listen to from time to time, and some fun game mechanics. They have some replayability through some secrets that are hidden across the levels.

Trine 4 doesn't have a Linux version and probably never will, Frozenbyte said it didn't have the time to make a Linux version. I should add for new Linux users that Trine1 and Trine2 need 32Bit libraries to run on a modern 64Bit system. Don't expect to buy download install play, you'll have to tinker, (And I suppose you can forget about multiplayer). In conclusion, this assembly of several games should not be listed with Linux.

EN: This is a pack that I highly recommend, but I deducted one star because it has not been updated to include Trine 4 and Trine 5. However, it is still a good deal with Trine 1/2/3 included at an attractive price. FR: C'est un pack que je recommande vivement, mais j'ai retiré une étoile car il n'a pas été mis à jour pour inclure Trine 4 et Trine 5. Cependant, il reste très intéressant avec Trine 1/2/3 inclus à un prix attractif.

Sorry GoG. You know I love you, but for this trine collection, steam has a better deal. And I get nothing back for owning any of the games in the package :( Naturally the games are amazing, with great puzzles. Anyone looking for a game that engages you without needing large amounts of time to develop an entirely new skillset should take a look at Trine. 15 usd is nice. But I can get Frozenbyte's collection for less right now. Please don't think I love you any less you amazing store. I just need to do what my pocket tells me to right now.
