New Build Issues 2/15/25
TLDR: Wait to purchase the game, the most recent build seems to have issues I originally found and played the demo for this game on Steam, and bought it today on GOG. The game remembered my demo save but when I loaded it I got a black screen with the emberlight following my cursor. I thought this might be a file mismatch issue but when I attempted a new save file, there aren't any traveler options (though I can click "begin your journey!) and I get the same black screen. I don't know if this is a GOG specific issue, a new build issue (last build posted 2/12/15 per GOG database info), or something else entirely. No problems with Main Menu, issue seems to be exclusively with starting/continuing a save file. Hopefully this information helps the devs out Given this I'd just waiting until the issue is resolved before purchasing, the demo was a lot of fun though so definitely check it out later.
