Saikoroshi-hen
This is a tale of Furude Rika reaching the summer of 1983. Her power allows her to choose one of many worlds, but is this world truly the best for her?
The difficulty here is malicious, for all you dear connoisseurs who prefer it that way.

Hirukowashi-hen
This is a tale involving a peculiar dispute over the most precious jewels - the Magatama of Fuwarazu, capable of granting mutual love - which befalls the club members.

Batsukoishi-hen
Within these pages is a bible of blazing passion for today's modern, apathetic youths! Even though it was meant as an after-party for Meakashi-hen, it completely ruins the impact of that chapter! Deemed too dangerous for consumption, this legendary scenario was sealed away!

The true ending to Higurashi

This is worth it for Saikoroshi alone, which serves as a much more melancholic and introspective ending to Higurashi than the rather clumsy latter half of Chapter 8/Matsuribayashi.

Good for the first episode

Saikoroshi is a solid followup to the main series even though the 8 original VNs don't really need an epilogue. It has its own angle on horror that makes it unique and will manage to catch you off guard. Hirukowashi is a joke story with the kind of tone that you usually get to start off the other episodes to make the horror more shocking later. It has some funny moments but the focus on the worst of Hugurashi's humor (adults swooning over kids) brings it way down. Batsukoishi is horrible. Skip it.

Batsukoishi is fun don't skip it

I just wanted to say that while Saikoroshi is amazing and Hirukowashi is a fun joke story, Batsukoishi is even more fun... if you are not too sensitive about sexual jokes (however very innocent) towards animated girls (therefore not real) it is worth playing. I just had so much fun with it... it is a pervert fantasy sugarcoated with a lot of jokes, nothing too extreme, just fun.
