Greak: Memories of Azur Deluxe edition includes the full Orchestral Soundtrack and Digital Artbook alongside the full game. Allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the world of Azur.
Greak: Memories of Azur Soundtrack includes 20 original tracks performed live by the Philharmonic Orchestra Cinco de Mayo from Puebla, Mexico. The tracks are composed by Oscar Alcalá & María José Félix
Greak: Memories of Azur Digital Artbook is 73 pages of hand drawn artwork collected together to exhibit the characters and world of Greak: Memories of Azur.
Greak: Memories of Azur is a side scrolling single-player game with hand-drawn animations. You will take the role of three siblings: Greak, Adara and Raydel to guide them through the lands of Azur. Alternate control between them and use their unique abilities to escape from the Urlag invasion.
Greak is the name of the main character, and the smallest brother of three. He belongs to a magical race called the Courines, which are currently under the attack of an enemy invasion from a faction called the Urlags.
This battle has been going on for a long time, and the Courines are starting to flee their own lands. Greak's goal is to reunite with his brother (Raydel) and his sister (Adara) and then escape the lands of Azur by Building an Airship piece by piece.
Throughout the game, you will find each sibling in different scenarios, and once you do, they will join the adventure and help you progress through the game.
Key Features:
Hand-Drawn Art and Animation: Enjoy a captivating story line about family, home and union in difficult times while you discover colorful and expressive scenarios.
Specially Crafted Puzzles: Solve specially crafted puzzles to find and collect the missing pieces of an Airship through an Interconnected World.
Unique Gameplay: Alternate between the three characters and use their different abilities to explore the Magical lands of Azur.
Fast- Paced Combat: Discover new areas and fight against a wide variety of enemies to rescue the Courines from the Urlag invasion.
Cinematic Clips: Throughout the game, you will encounter beautiful hand-drawn cinematic clips that will accompany key story moments to immerse you into the world of Azur.
Live Orchestra Soundtrack: Enjoy the expressive and atmospheric music themes specially created to experience a unique adventure.
Greak: Memories of Azur is a lot of fun to play.
The writing is well done and there is different individual npc dialogue for each of the three characters.
A lot of polish, love and care has gone into the making of this game.
The art, music, world design, mechanics, creatures and npc's are all fantastically done.
The accompanying digital artbook (Deluxe Edition) is highly detailed, and an excellent addition to the game.
Greak: Memories of Azur ran flawlessly during my two playthroughs (achievement hunting).
A worthy addition to anyone's library.
The game is beautiful. I can see why some may not like having to control multiple characters at once during boss fights. I actually enjoyed the challenge of having to control multiple characters. I did find a way around this by putting other characters in a safe spot when I wanted for certain bosses. {spoiler} It also brought another kind of challenge during the end when they get separated. overall I would recommended this game.
The puzzle platformer in Greak is simple, there's almost no hard thinking, you won't get lost, except for the final dungeon. It's a casual game. The art and the music are the best part of the game: it tells a simple story, but in such a beautiful way, I love It !
The game is not long (6 hours to finish), but I find myself replaying it, doing casual speedruns. Puzzle aren't tedious, so it's fun actually to replay them in this way.
The only real downside is controls, until you get the hang of them, it feels a bit clunky when pairing the characters.
