Very good, but with a catch

Okay so, heres the thing. Does it take up alot of space? Yes. Is it annoying to try and stop it from automatically downloading after adding it to your library? Also yes. Can you find better looking mods out in the wild? Absolutely yes. However, does it look good, say what it does, and require minimal effort to install? Yes, yes, and yes. Its not going to be everyones cup of tea, and it absolutely SHOULD be easier to remove it after adding it to your library, BUT, if your someone like myself who doesn't want to go through the trouble of installing mods to make the game look better, then this is for you. And for that type of person, I would absolutely recomend downloading this. Likewise, if your the type of person who doesn't mind surfing Nexus mods and and going through the proper steps, then this isn't for you, and I probably wouldn't download it.

Don't click on Buy without being sure

I got this dlc only to have it at my disposal if I ever wanted to install it one day, but after adding it to my library Galaxy tries to install it as part of the game, so now my download went from 35 to 90GB. I have no intention of using this at the moment.

Just about impossible to remove

Extremely fucking annoying - got this DLC and now I can't disable it at all. There's mods out there that provide just about the same effect at 1/10th the file size and for some reason GOG doesn't let me download the game without this texture pack. Absolutely terrible.

Just a tip on how to disable this DLC

1. On the left handside of the panel, left click "Owned Games" with your left mouse button. 2. Right click on "Fallout 4". Left click on "Configure". 3. Left click on "Updates" and "DLC" where you can untick the boxes to prevent downloading the updates and DLCs. 4. ????? 5. You can do this with any GOG games. The complaints are unwarranted and whiners who gave bad reviews simply do not know how to use Google or tinker with the options. GOG is as good as Steam to players so why would GOG not allow players to disable updates and DLCs they do not like? Maybe not many people use GOG that much unlike Steam.

Do not get this unless you are sure

GOG has a design flaw in its client where you HAVE to install this DLC if you own it, unlike Steam where you can pick which DLCs get installed with the base game, unfortunately you cannot do that here, you have to install this 50+ gig texture pack. Even if you download the offline installer and just install the base game, GOG will try and "patch" this HD texture pack into the game everytime you launch GOG. No word on if this will get fixed. Buyer beware.
