Step into the town of Porcupine and take to the well-loved scrubs of Finley, the newest fledgling doctor to join the ranks of St. Ursula's hospital. As the seasons in the small-town change and life starts to stir, you'll soon realize that things aren't always what they seem: Not everyone is honest with themselves and others, the healthcare industry is not as illustrious as it seemed in medical school, and the work/life balance Finley strives toward might be impossible to achieve.
Check out the "Save the World" Edition
Explore A Beautiful, Diverse World
Not only is there a lot to discover in the old hospital, but also in the small town of Porcupine itself. Take the time to meet the villagers and have a beer with them in the local pub, take a trip to the nearby forest, or spend quality time with your friends.
Hardened Professionals, Sweet Friends
The blunt head doctor, the selfless nurse, Finley's smart friends, and many other residents populate the small town of Porcupine. Engage in funny, profound, and sometimes serious dialogues, in which you'll be able to choose your answers and influence your relationships.
Demonstrate Your Skills and Empathy
You don't even have time to look at the clock because your patients are waiting! Investigate what's wrong with them through your conversations and treat them in different minigames that challenge you in logic, speed, and skill.
Expose Social Injustice And Structural Problems
At first glance, the small town is a warm, friendly place where everyone knows and greets each other. But if you live there for any length of time, you'll suspect that not everyone is as honest as they pretend to be – especially in an unhealthy healthcare-system.

I was enjoying this little game for about an hour and had to quit. When I started it up again a day later, it took me back to where I was going to have to replay at least half of it. Sorry, but if you can't provide at least a save on exit, I won't be playing the game.
I just finished this game, and I was not expecting the touching and heartfelt story that came with it. I bought the standard edition when it was on sale, and while it was a bit short (I finished the game after 11.5 hours), I feel that it was well worth the money. The intro scene includes a warning that the game contains a few death mentions and triggers, which I found really thoughtful.
This game plays more like a visual novel with mini-games embedded into the story that makes the game progress (very similar to The Vanishing of Ethan Carter), but the choices you make and dialogue options you choose impact the story on some level. There's no difficulty setting, no manual saving, and no objectives on-screen. The mini-games become a bit more challenging as the story goes. I will say the ending felt very abrupt, although the credits and the post-credit scene made up for it somewhat.
The credits include a special thanks to anonymous healthcare workers who provided their stories and experiences working in the healthcare sector via interviews, and the story itself reinforces the fact that many healthcare workers are at the mercy of deeply broken (and in this case, corrupt) for-profit healthcare systems. The job they have is a thankless one, they're overworked and stressed beyond belief, but it's obvious they love what they do.
If you're looking for a low-stress platformer with lots of fun characters and funny moments throughout, accompanied by a moving story about the reality healthcare workers face day-in and day-out, look no further than this.

I got interested in this game because I liked how it looks like. I played a demo, and it felt a strongly like a "Night in the Woods", was is really good thing! It's not bad to be similar to good stuff. You have your daily rutine, try to meet all people, check if there is any extra content before main work.
I really liked a story and atmosphere, overworking is very relatable to many people, so it's easy to be more involved into a story. Also is very relatable to be not understanded by other who doesn't have the same struggles in life and think that your job is easy from thier point of view. Characters are likeable, I can understand thier point of view and thier problems. The story atmosphere is the strongest points of this game.
I just love art style of this game. Characters, locations, objects, everything looks really nice and pleasant. I have problem with a music in this game. It's not bad, but it's not memorable. It dosen't have catchy motives, mostly I think that it's also too quiet even if every setting in sound was set on 100%.
Mini Games can be repetitive, but it's our job, tasks in jobs are repetitive, so I accept that, especially that our activities after work are always fresh.
But this gem have some flaws. Many small flaws. So many.... This game have constant problems with drawing objects on right layer. Sometimes there are problems with lighting and our character is light in shady location. There are not game-braking stuff, but they are visible, and they are way too often to just not see them.
Weird decision for me is calling a demo version a "demo", when it's a prologue, and a main game start right after that.
I really want to give this game 5 stars, but because of amount of small graphical errors I can see that it was released too early, or without enough testing. But I still love it and think that it's definetly worth of playing. You can used to those small things. It dosen't destroy pleasure from playing, but they are little annoying.
Just finished the game. First of all the bad things, be prepared for annoying (sometimes game breaking bugs) which combined with the saving system can be really annoying. Some of the characters and stories feel rushed or even worse, unfinished. The town can feel empty and too big for it's own good. The minigames can also have bugs, which is frustrating so I would recommend just using the easy minigames options. I hate this as I wanted some challenge, but I really hate getting bad results due to bugs. I also felt that the explanation for these minigames are not clear enough.
Sadly due to the undeniable similarities to NitW this game is gonna be compared to that title a lot (just as I do) and I feel like in every aspects its under performing.
However if you overlook these shortcomings you will find a real gem. The graphics, the music, the story everything is really good and you can feel that this game was driven by passion. If the devs would fix all these issues I would give a 5 for this game, however currently it's "only" a 4. I will surely replay it again in the future.
The setting is good, and character are likeable. Too bad not all of them are enough deep. It also cool game try to tell you how hard being a dcotor might be, especially from psychological side. Still gameplay is tedious, story except final and one character flat, author do not have many original idead and most of them takes from NIghts in the woods. Some mini games do not work very well. A lot graphic, music bugs, and do not work very smooth.
Overall i wasn't disapointed, but i wanted to get something better. Not much better, not slightly better but noticeable better. I feell like for that idk 50-70 pln which i pay for it I a little bit overpayed for this
