Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream

I've just finished the first chapter of Eriksolm. I'm loving it so far. The game looks great, with beautiful facial animations of the characters in the cutscenes, which are as good as any AAA game (thanks to the UE5 engine). The game seems rather scripted in its approach possibilities (perhaps it will be more open later on in the other chapters?) But for now the gameplay remains enjoyable, even if it seems a little simpler than other commando-type games. The story and universe seem very appealing at first glance (with collectibles in some places). And the ambient sounds and music are very pleasant. In short, it seems strange to mix a commando-style game with cinematics and a strong story component. But it seems to work. I appreciate the studio's risk-taking I'll keep playing and add to my review as needed, but for now, I recommend
