What you see is what you get. Literally.
What you see in the screenshots on the store page already covers all the content this game has. One black-and-white screen of 100 hidden cats with limited interaction and animations. One music track that plays on endless repetition. Clearing the level takes roughly 20-30 minutes. Concerning its features, the game is a 1:1 clone of other titles by different developers. While the game's okay, it lacks both charm and content compared to Devcats' hidden cats, or the "Hidden cats in..." series, which it clearly references. The low price tag quickly adds up, as each game in the series only has one level, meaning you basically have to buy the entire series to get a somewhat complete experience. Keeping that in mind, other titles get you a much better deal. Recommended only, if you are running out of other "hidden cat" games on GOG.
