Small, repetitive, but I still had fun
It took about 7 hours to finish the story, 4,5h more till full completion. I played on the medium difficulty, which I would call hard... My issues: (In the intro the same text appears twice.) Upgrades are mostly useless (except gear) Leveling pets is almost useless against bosses, OTOH they still gather resources. Tons of gems are needed for good enchants. RNG FTW - you need about 100k gems for a multi enchant. (Multiple perks with level II or III.) Alt + Tab is not working. (I hope this is just me.) There are 3 20k gem pet upgrades, but no idea what they do except change the pet's looks. Using the same one again doesn't seem to do anything either... I have played with the bunny. It can't hide in the ground twice in a row. (This may be intentional.) Bunny strong attack sometimes does not start when holding down mouse button. Also, drinking a potion may not work right / in time. Extreme bosses and tower don't give a lot more loot / XP / gems. Pet feed button sometimes not working. It is disabled even though I have food. I need to switch to another type of food and back. Nice little game, but very grindy on medium. I needed to kill the last of 10 bosses, Magmyros hundreds of times to get stuff for leveling up the best gear in game. Even if one only took a minute or two... I suggest playing on easy and after the story, there is just more grind. Same 10 bosses with extreme versions. Then the tower, which has 25 levels, the last one is to fight all (?) bosses one after the other. After tower, you unlock the endless mode. I put all my level up points into damage, but it nearly wasn't enough. I would prefer more meaningful upgrades. (Like a level 130 pet should (nearly) one-shot bosses... The weaker ones at least. - Same as me...) The graphics and animation are really nice. Got it on sale, so... Overall: Check it out.
