You need to create user accounts at Larion and the mod website. Not on your own pc at all.

Doesn’t work on Windows 11
After initial launch of the toolkit to select the data directory, the toolkit fails to launch on subsequent tries with an exception error. Seems it hasn’t been tested properly.

Expert Friendly
This may be the most convoluted program I've ever encountered. I'd hoped it was something closer to Neverwinter's editor and it couldn't be farther. As icing on the cake, it has super tiny font, and super tiny buttons, and a super tiny video player. I imagine this was designed around 60+ inch TVs, not regular monitors. I suspect if you're inclined towards programing and have recently seen an optometrist, this will make sense. Otherwise, uh, wow. It's isn't going to work for someone trying to DM or make minor adjustments in game.
