Description

Clavier/Souris oh mon ennemi
Déçu..........déçu qu'en 2021 on considère que le Pad est encore un élément négligeable pour jouer à des jeux Pc, quelle aberration de voir que le Clavier/Souris reste la norme alors qu'il serait pourtant si simple de prévoir une option manette ou tout du moins d'ajouter sur la page du jeu une mention "CONTROLE" nous précisant comment nous pouvons y jouer, en attendant je désinstalle malgré la qualité non négligeable du jeu, c'est en effet une tare indécrottable du support Pc que d'amputer les joueurs de choisir comment jouer à un jeu, car oui tous ne jouent pas derrière un bureau

XIII is my 13th GOG game
what can i say about this game? well for one, LBJ paid for the assassination, 1 mob run group and 2 Lone gunmen (one from France) were contracted to carry it out. none of them were Lee Harvey Oswald. What was JfK pulling out of his coat that made her tug at his arm? why did the passenger riding shotgun look back without shock? and what did he point at him? questions that went unanswered and rarely asked because of the multiple edits of the only documentation on film. And the mysterious car swap after it went through documentation, did they really chop out the center section of the car? or did we all imagine a stretch 3 row car? lol. LBJ smiled for the first time in his life that day, and it lasted until he died. XIII is also a good game and work of fiction, like most of what we know from the media.

Décidément, ce jeu est maudit. Même la version d'origine est pourrie. La souris répond super mal, un comble pour un fps !

Deserves a sequel
Most of the game is fantastic, but the checkpoints really hurt the experience on higher difficulty. Back in old days developers put in fake difficulty like this since they didn't want to expose the game's short length - this game lasted me 15 hours, but the content in it is probably closer to 9 hours (maybe even less). If they made a sequel to this, I guarantee you they wouldn't use the same checkpoint system. Not only does the game NOT save the game on a checkpoint (you have to manually save every checkpoint to actually persist the changes), the checkpoints are also placed very aggravatingly. It is very common to defeat a boss and find more enemies before you hit a checkpoint, which might result in you retrying the boss multiple times - this really ruins immersion as defeating the boss doesn't feel as fun as it would be. I recommend this game if you feel you would be ok with rubbish grade save system. Do not hesistate in using wikis/guides/glitches to defeat bosses, especially on the highest difficulty. (You will need to tweak a couple of ini files to get the game to display full hd and enable sound, which I didn't mind).
