I have to say I haven't played a game in a long time that had such great game mechanics and storytelling, incredible voice acting for such a short yet highly engaging playable video game. Everything from the art style, direction, storytelling, and game mechanics was impressive. I really enjoyed this 5h Journey since I am very honest to say that not many games taken me into the story like this game. Keep up the great work. Thank you for using my time in life to enjoy this incredible piece of art. Thank you Devs :)

While the traversal mechanics are pretty fluid, surfing on the water, platforming/jumping all felt great. This unfortunately was offset by how I was almost constantly having to fight the camera which ruined the vibes. There wasn't any option that I could find that would allow me to retain full control over where the camera was looking at. It was always trying to either show me something and automatically moving the camera back to what IT wanted me to look at. VERY irritating, distracting, and made me quit playing. Its a shame because the presmise seems interesting. Also, maybe there will be some character development but I found the Grandma to be constantly rude, unnecessarily so. That was another turnoff.

Relaxing game with a good story. Fun to explore and have an adventure.

Wavetale is a great little game with fun movement mechanics, simple but effective combat and a wonderful story. It's short, sweet and a delightful experience so give it a shot because you won't regret it.
