One of the best WH40K games ever
I rarely leave a review simply because most of the time I don't care to live a review, and when i live a review either the game is super bad or super good and this game is in the super good category, this game deserves a review I am a huge fan of 40K, I don't play the of tabletop (I never had the experience of the boardgame), I am more of a fan on the Lore, Books, Audiobooks and Videogames. And especially Videogames in the 40K universe suffers greatly wit titles being shovelware and overall really bad or "meh" and goes so far in being a cashgrab sometimes it's always a hit or miss. Anyone that is able to achieve to make a great 40K game deserves a praise and this game deserves it greatly. You can describe it as an Xcom-like game where you play as the Adeptus Mechanicus (finally a 40K game not using Space Marines, nothing wrong, just a little overused when it comes to games) sent to a planet to explore only to find Necron tombs and the Necrons are waking up and your mission is to stop that. The Style and the Music alone deserves your money, the gameplay is simple but still challenging and satisfying, (you are going pray and praise to the Omnissiah alot), the Story is rich in Lore and keeps you invested, the Dialog is great with amazing effects. And do I need to emphasize the Music, play it next to the McDonalds Icecream machine and i promise it will start working.
