Play as one of four iconic Warhammer factions (Astra Militarum, Space Marines, Orks or Necrons), each with their own unique playstyle and technology tree. Explore a randomly generated world filled with special features and threatening wildlife that can crush your troop's morale. Secure control of powerful ancient artefacts to grant you an edge against rival factions.
Construct cities, buildings and fortifications to expand your empire and produce an army to vanquish your foes. Harvest resources and research new technologies to fuel and upgrade your machinery of war.
Progress through a different storyline with each faction as their destiny on Gladius Prime, a world tainted by the warp, unfolds. In the end, when all the dust has settled, only one faction can emerge victorious.
Command a wide array of devastating weaponry, issue city edicts and deploy tactical operations. Recruit hero units that possess distinct special abilities and can be equipped with items, ranging from advanced grenades to mighty relics of the past. As they become more and more powerful with each rank, they turn into true champions of your cause.

WH40k - Gladius
It's decent, plays like an classic turn-based strategy game. Purchased it for the Necrons since they're fairly rare as a playable faction in 40K games. A campaign lasted me about seven and a half hours but I dont think I'll replay this.

Ne se lance pas sous Win 7
Peut-être parce que mon PC tourne sous Windows 7, le lanceur du jeu apparaît mais quand je clique "jouer", le jeu ne se lance pas. Si je clique une deuxième fois, un pop-up apparaît indiquant qu'il manque un fichier (pas un dll et pas en rapport avec VC Redist). N'ayant pas trouvé d'aide pour ça, j'ai demandé le remboursement. Je note que plusieurs extensions de ce jeux sont indiquées ne pas tourner sous Windows 7, alors le jeu de base et la plupart des extensions indiquent pouvoir tourner sous Win 7.

good game!
Has models that come prepainted, so you can fight right away. The stats are different from the table top, but it does a good job making it fun.

My go-to Warhammer 40K game
This game is like a dream come true. While Dawn of War was amazing, I prefer 4X games and playing hotseat with my kids. This game delivers with a good active community and modding scene. If there are things you do not like about the game, like lack of unit voices, there is a mod for it. Please put Death Guard in.
