Developer with bad practice
This developer has 2 other games on google playstore, one of which is Vampire's Fall, that I loved and played through and unlocked everything there is to unlock. I had no problems with this game and it is still available for me to play. The other game, Champions of Avan, was released later on. I invested so much time in it and unlocked everything as well. Then came a day the update I was waiting for no longer came. I waited and waited to no avail. When I checked the playstore I saw the reason. "My device was no longer supported". What does it mean? It means this: You are allowed to download a game on your specific model of phone, spend a fortune to get in-game currency to speed up the crawling progression speed of the game (which I thankfully didn't), then get it taken from you because you can no longer get updates to the game, nor download it at all if you uninstall it for any reason. Goodbye money. Naturally I contacted the developers and they replied this: "Unfortunately with COA following the latest update, a few phone models, such as Redmi Devices have been disabled pending investigation into stability issues. We apologize for the inconvenience." That's right, this means the same with "we gladly accepted your money, and now screwed you, deal with it". Keep this bad practice in mind if you decide to buy their game. Once a thief, always I thief, I say.
