Fun when it works
Fun platformer adventure game. Fun story and characters. Unfortunately, the controls stopped working for me when fighting the first boss. Had to restart several times. Then the first time you encounter pirates, I started flouting out of my boat and the camera stopped following me. Bizarre gamebreaking issues.

Retro Heaven
This game reminds me of being in my early 20's 8bit /16bit graphics and music feel is just fantastic, a retro gem.

Worth a Play
Excellent Metroidvania style game. Best played with a controller, you can configure that with the setup.exe file in the installation location (wherever you chose to put it). The story in this game is pretty well done, and the progression is excellent. They don't shove hints down your throat and you can usually figure out what to do yourself even if it's a bit tricky. Highly recommended! To all those people who have issues with the game crashing after getting the boat: Reinstall to a non default location. I recommend My Documents or the Games folder under Users. This is an issue with Win 7 locking down access to both the setup file and the save file. The game tries to autosave when you get the boat.
