So Great just the soundtrack is worth it
I can't stop loving this game since I picked it up which happen to be 12 or so years ago, this version includes the expansion and if you're a fan of the genre really give Kingdoms a try, both the replayability and the story are great.

Play on Windows 10 Pro 64bit on LAN
this game is one of the best game RTS. for u playing LAN whit other friend or try to play online with other game you need LOG ME IN HAMACHI for conver LAN to WAN that first. Second after done first step you need goin to change someting in the FIre WALL, In windows 10 Pro just ask to type Cortana : Fire Wall then when there you need click, Advance Cettings then left side menu click Indbound Rules. After in the list of all applicaction you need find KINGDOMS i thinks 4 to 5 file every one u need click and goin to right side menue and select properties then put all in ALLOW CONECTIONS and then goin to top Tab and selected ADVANCED the put check box mark all DOMAIN, PRIVATE , PUBLIC. all need mark and save . Open Game goin to Network play and put IP hamachi and Enjoy. sorry my english baddly is my second language.

If your looking to just skirmish...
Skirmish is kind of broke but you can fix it by holding back for about 45mins and letting your opponent build. I played the heck out of skirmish and most of the maps. Best setup by far is Aramon vs Zhon on the Two Castles map. You play Aramon. Give the Zhon about 45min to build and your looking at a long and exhausting war. Very challenging to win this one due to your lack of flying units.

TA but a bit crap
TA-K fails the test of time due to the poor gen 1 3d graphics engine that looks bad when not pair with blocky robot as with TA. The unit choice & depth is lacking compared to TA. the music felt generic and souless, the skirmish map choices were few and small compared to TA map, the skirmish AI is 1 step above and AFK player and time has not been time to this title as it took me ( an IT professional) about 30 minutes of tinkering with my system configuration to get the game to not crash on launch ( i recommend turning off but 1 monitor and lowering your windows resolution below 4K in addition to running the game in windows 98/ME compatibility. ) This title's failure in the 90's was responsible for the death of cavedog entertainment and sadly has only goten worse with age. i recommend going to play TA or age of mytholgy, youll have a much beter time.

My childish game, it is great. Always playing it. It doesn't work on Mac, On windows loading video doesn't open, just press "esc" after it loads.
