Fantastic Fixed-Camera Survival Horror
A love-letter to the classics of the genre. Great environments, music, story, and puzzles. The voice acting is atrocious, however. The combat is fairly simple, but the difficulty is more-so tied to the puzzles, which are mostly excellent. A few of the puzzles did make me look up a solution online, as the in-game logic is occasionally *too* cryptic IMO but always enjoyable. Character models are serviceable, and the game lets you choose an alternate outfit right from the start (I preferred the Jeans outfit). Just like in the classic RE games, it's beneficial to reload weapons IN THE MENU vs leaving yourself vulnerable completing the animation. This scratches an itch Capcom left long ago, and I enjoyed this quite a bit more than RE7. I just wish GOG offered the soundtrack as an added purchase.

Love Retro Ps2 Horror? This is 4 U!
Love the atmosphere and the puzzles are decently made without being mind bogglingly easy or confusing. Only cons for me are how enemy NPCs will attack you immediately after you open a door & you can't defend yourself - taking mandatory damage. Of course that's part of the janky-retro PS2 control/camera style this game has. Would recommend if you look past this jank.

spooky and kinda nice
game is extreamly spooky and unsettling which makes the ambience it has all the more better from what i played so far the monsters i've seen so far have been creepily unsettling and reminds me of silent hill which in turn made me feel nostalgic i say the game is worth checking out and im honestly looking forward to playing more. my only complaint though that i have is the standing still while shooting or swinging the melee weapon being able to move mabe just a little would be nice considering the monsters like to swing at you more then once and then follow up with a projectile or something.

Resident Evil meets Silent Hill
A superb indie title that catches the essence and play style of the classic Resident Evil and Silent Hill games. Very much worth the playthrough and purchase.
