Timeless classic Tomb Raider games always stand the test of time

Les nouveaux graphismes sont cohérents avec les designs originaux et ne gachent rien, améliorant certaines séquences de gameplay. Les nouveaux controles rendent le jeu bien plus agréable à parcourir, même si par moment ils ne permettent plus certaines actions pourtant nécessaires. Si la remastérisation est excellente, on peut néanmoins regretter qu'il n'y ait pas d'éléments supplémentaires, par exe des éléments manquants à l'époque qui permettraient parfois de mieux comprendre ce qui est attendu. Ainsi que des bonus qui en feraient l'objet de collection incontournable.

It has been really enjoyable to have the option to play TR I - III in 4K-120 fps with a Xbox controller on a large 4K-120 Hz OLED TV. It's like going back to play it on PS1 with a controller, just with upgraded graphics and 4 times the original framerate (which was only 30 fps at best). I play it on Windows 7 64-bit with an RTX 3090. Runs smooth, I see some people complain about the game controller in this game. Yes, it rough, and I can tell that the controller behavior isn't refined, or refined much from it's original. But. I don't mind it. For me, it tickles the nostalgia of exactly how it was in the 90's except for much better graphics that runs at 4 times the framerate, at 27 times more pixels of the original (640x480 vs. 3840 x 2160).

En 1996, à sa sortie, j'ai adoré ce jeu. On y jouait avec mes deux enfants! Que du bonheur!
