Lead the campaign under the orders of Quintus Crane, ruler of the New Empire, and reconquer the lands devastated by the infected.
In this mode, a random world is generated with its own events, weather, geography, and infected population. You must build a successful colony that must survive for a specific period of time against the swarms of infected. It is a fast and ultra addictive game mode. We plan to release a challenge of the week where all players must play the same random map. The best scores will be published in a leaderboard.
This is a real-time strategy game, but don’t get too nervous. You can pause the action to take the best strategic and tactical decisions.
Build dwellings and acquire food for the colonists. They will come to live and work for the colony.
What kind of people would want to combat the infected?
If just one of the infected breaks into a building, all the colonies and workers inside will become infected. The infected workers will then run rabid to infect more buildings. Infections must be eradicated from the beginning, otherwise, it will grow exponentially becoming impossible to contain.
Prepare to enjoy these ultra high definition graphics. Our artists have created tons of art pieces: Beautiful buildings with their own animations, thousands of frames of animation to get the smoothest movements and everything with a crazy Steampunk and Victorian style!

This game is not for the casual player and requires you to reach skill levels in order to unlock content within the game. It has a full-fledge campaign and if that is what you are after its worth it but if you are looking for a more laid back skirmish mode you may want to reconsider. Replaying the same map or maps depending on how much you unlock can become repetitive with you having to reach the next tier in order to get more variety in the content. Its a challenge but after hours getting one or another map unlocked and then stuck on another the game feels locked away. It is fine to have milestones but making it the variety of the map was not the best option for this type of game.

disapointing
after seing the trailer for the "campaing" I've decided to bought the game, what a disapointement ! Graph are good but the gameplay is not really fun and the scoring part for the mission (with the malus link to the difficulty settings) is not what I'm looking for in a strategy game. The intro was good but there is no story in the campaing (warcraft 2 had it 20 years ago !), the "hero's mission" are boring, no variation of gameplay whatoever. I should have bought it on steam, at least I could I've been refund. I Really like GOG but once you've downloaded and played the game a little, you're stuck with it. (retracting delay seems to apply only for content you've paid but did not touch at all). Although it's my fault for not looking at streams or youtube gameplay, I think the game is overpriced for it is.

Real Time Disappointment: The game
Imagine having a fantastic premise paired with a brilliant game engine and fitting art style and somehow managing to create a soulless abomination of a game. This, hands down, has the worst single player campaign I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing in an RTS game. What started as a terrific early access game, through hubris, lies, mismanagement, sheer incompetence and unscrupulous misconduct ended up being an offensively forgettable disappointment. A perfect lesson on how not to manage and release an early access game. Not only should you stay away from this title, but probably also from the people responsible for its creation
