Love this game since I was a little kid, but at some point it keeps freezing and freezing and dont know what to do to continue playing.

Not hard to master yet not simple to play. It offers quite a challenge and it takes time to understand how the game works, but once you get into it the fun is guaranteed. You can go for maximum efficiency, build the biggest hospital buying the entire map or simply have fun decorating every single tile. [Here are some spoilers] Cash is hard to manage especially at the start of a level, don't let yourself indulge in buying too many rooms or plots. Save the game while the map is still empty, in case you want to restart. Invest some cash in hiring your staff early on. Try to have at least 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Surgeon and 1 Researcher as soon as they become available, no matter their skill level. Sometimes patients queue outside your rooms and you don't have the right specialist, too bad. Try to recruit a Consultant as well, he's the only one who can teach something to your junior doctors. You are going to need at least 1 Nurse, Handyman and Receptionist. Applicants are refreshed every month on day 1, be sure to go and check regularly. You only want to hire the best of the best, since unlike doctors you cannot train them to improve their skills (unless of course you are in desperate need of staff, remember you can always fire them later on :) Focus on training your doctors as soon as possible, they'll become vital soon. The training room works best with just a few chairs and a couple of bookcases/skeletons. Too many seats equals very slow learning speed for your docs. I found that 2 seats, 2 bookcases and 2 skeletons works best for me. Also take a look at your Consultant's attention for details. You can find it selecting the Consultant and clicking on his photo, this will open the staff menu. The less attention they have, the quicker they teach. Get your first cures early on, the game is counting your cured patients and is ready to punish you if you send too many at home. And you need their money, we are not here to play charity at all.
