The_Witcher_3 /TextureMipBias /CascadeShadowDistanceScale /v 1.32 For a second playthrough I based my modifications on: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/news/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide/ I changed the following with significant improvement on image detail, depth and color/light: TextureMipMap from -0.5 > -0.7 CascadeShadowDistanceScale0 from 1.5 > 4 CascadeShadowDistanceScale2 from 1.5 > 3 CascadeShadowDistanceScale1 from 1 > 2 CascadeShadowQuality from 1 > 4 CascadeShadowMapsize from 2048 > 3072 TextureMemoryBudget from ? > 3072 Mods that I use without merging conflicts: AlwaysFullExp AutoApplyOilsMenu CheapDyesEverywhere FriendlyHUD HDMonstersReworked HDReworkedProject HDReworkedProject2 HDReworkedProject3 HDReworkedProject4 InstantTooltips ItemLevelsNormalized MapQuestObjectives Monsterpack NoScreenFX Over9000 PerksAlwaysActive PetkoWind UnlimitedDurability total cost: 10 to 15 fps if I had a decent motherboard/CPU/Ram: enable xmp=back to 65/70 fps :P > add foliage tweaks and up value of CascadeShadowDistanceScale 1 and 2, CascadeShadowMapSize to 4096 do not forget to check/recalibrate system gamma and enable in-game > preserve system gamma System: Gtx 1060 6gb OC i5 6500 16gb RAM (2133) I made a small video to show the stuff in motion XD: https://youtu.be/KOv3YRoKVuQ (content is without altered CascadeShadowDistanceScale1 from 1 > 2 CascadeShadowQuality from 1 > 4 - with it, man, what can I say, try it)
