It will last you months, yet not waste your time. Above all, it has a vivid, enduring personality, something that is exceedingly rare among its breed of mega-budget open-world epics (and that will probably be rarer still once Hideo Kojima and Konami part ways later this year). Almost unplayable

Beautiful graphics and sound, and a compelling story. Truly, this is an epic game! Tragically, the controls are complete rubbish (mouse and keyboard), i.e., it is absurdly easy to lose control of the character and end up spinning in place. Attempts to compensate simply cause the character to veer the other way, etc. For comparison: World of Warcraft uses the same WASD control scheme in combination with mouse, and I have never had any problems whatsoever. Responsiveness to button presses is not great either, which is especially aggravating in combat. And no, this is not technical lag due to system specs. I like this game, but I can only play it in small bursts because the controls are just so BAD. 2.5/5

Best way to remember what CDPR once was

Ah, remember when CDPR used to make masterpieces instead of focusing on how to scam as many people as possible? Good times. Gonna miss that company. RIP CDPR. I hope the talent still remaining in it will leave and form its own small gaming studio before the cancer they're in now completely corrupts them.
