Feelings rollercoaster

Great Potential, Poor Controls
I really want to like this game, it has all the elements I enjoy, crafting, alchemy, combat, quests and an interesting plot, coupled with great graphics. However,the 3rd person perspective is the real killjoy for me. It means having a compromised control system which feels sluggish, probably to accommodate the character animation. I tried both keyboard/mouse (my preferred method) and a 360 controller but all too often you'll end up stepping past an opponent or facing the wrong way and get hit in the back for your troubles. Ultimately this feels like a console game rather than a PC game - which is great for the people who love console games, but I don't. I will persevere and see if I can wrestle control of my character as I can see a lot of potential, however in my mind this game fails to live up to all the hype (In fairness I personally don't think anyone has made a well controlled 3rd person game... )

Is it a joke ?
Movement controls and gameplay are worst than the first Prince of Persia. 10 minutes of torture. End of the experience. (And it's ugly. A vulgar ugliness)

The Best
With the Witcher 3 CD Project Red created a game with a great story and loads of varied designed levels. Appart from that the game looks absolutely beautiful and runs very smoothly. Each dlc adds another story to the witcher universe that is almost as long as a full game and with that new weapons, armory, monsters etc, If there was another part of the witcher I wouldn't hesitate to buy it but sadly Blood and Wine was the last. Though CD Project Red has a game called Cyberpunk 2077 in development and im looking forward to see what it will turn out to be at the end. Seriously if you havn't played it yet get it!
