The Best Game Ever
Seriously, The Witcher 3 is maybe the best open-world RPG ever made. It does so many things better than its predecessors because player's choices really have consequences for the world and for the story itself. 100/100

Game of the Century
I have been playing this game since release and I love everyithing in it! Soundtrack, plot, gameplay - everything is perfect! I think that GOG and others have to add 6th star to that game.

nice scenery
This is a stodgy, uninspired but well-made action-adventure game with some basic RPG mechanics. The only thing that kept me playing was the story & scenery... especially the scenery - hats-off to the environment artists. Gameplay is mostly combat with some token RPG elements (including grind unfortunately), weak character development, stilted dialogue, few choices. Hated Geralt, hated his appearance, voice, personality, his cringeworthy cut-scenes, hated having to look at him take-up screen-space all the damn time. Hated how he always asked for money even though the loot was far more valuable... where I'm from this is extremely distasteful behavior. Also found his relationships with other NPCs to be unconvincing, which harmed the main story. Loved Dijkstra and Zoltan, the Barron, Johnny and the bog crones, Roche and Radovid were also pretty interesting. Found Skellige & Toussaint characters were too bullshitty & comical to care about. Game mechanics are basic: limited character progression and customization, limited controls, super-simple magic system, limited dialogue options. There is no inbuilt console (have to install from a 3rd party source), lacks a noclip command to get around the bullshit parts of the game like not being able to climb over an easily climbable scaffold. NPC handling is standard lifeless MMO theme-park style: roaming cardboard cutouts with a basic routine. Enemies congregate in clusters, usually around loot and respawn quickly (except named enemies). There is no NPC economy or ecology. Felt alone in the game. Player actions have little noticeable impact on the world.

Mon 1er The Witcher
Ce jeu est un bon rpg et je n'en ai pas trouvé de meilleur depuis aussi bien au niveau des graphismes que de l'histoire. Le bestiaire m'a bluffé et la facon dont certains événements sont amenés est plutôt bien fait. J'aurai aimé un développement plus important de la "Horde sauvage" mais peut-être est-ce le cas dans les 2 premiers opus - que je n'ai pas fait. J'aurai aimé en connaître un peu plus sur le lore de certaines races. J'ai été dérouté par l'arbre de compétences au début et certains choix à faire. Je me suis beaucoup mélangé les pinçeaux entre l'épée d'argent et d'acier au début. L'arbalète ne m'a quasiment servi à rien tout au long du jeu. J'ai également apprécié le fait que la barbe de Geralt pousse même si j'aurai aimé un peu plus de personnalisation. Le 1er dlc ne m'a pas trop plu. Je pense qu'il s'agit surtout d'une grosse histoire secondaire ayant été retirée du jeu de base pour en faire un dlc. Cela se sent dans sa "position" par rapport à l'histoire principale et à certains dialogues. Le 2ème dlc est carrément un jeu à lui seul et c'est ultra plaisant. Nouvelles compétences, nouvelles histoires principales et secondaires, et un monde inspiré des contes de fées. Une vraie fin et j'aime les vraies fins !! Je regrette seulement que le domaine ne nous soit pas plus utile. Sinon très bon jeu que je conseille à tous de le tester.

Get rid of this stupid launcher
The game itself is of course a classic. It has (or used to have back when I played it last time those 2-3 years ago) a still vibrant modding community if the original content isn't enough for you. But lately CDP started pushing their own annoying launcher. So it's not enought that I use Galaxy (which I don't mind). Now I can't launch the game straight from it. No, I click "start game" and it launches the bloody launcher instead of the game. The same goes for CP2077.
