À la demande populaire, The Secret of Monkey Island™: Special Edition fait revivre le jeu classique qui fut un succès international (jeu publié en 1990) pour une nouvelle génération. L'équipe de développement de chez LucasArts projette le jeu dans une nouvelle ère et dans un style contemporain avec une bande originale remastérisée, de nouvelles voix et un nouveau système d'indices pour aider à résoudre les énigmes du jeu. Les puristes apprécieront le fait de pouvoir changer entre les versions originale et remastérisée très simplement.
Le scénario du jeu emmène notre héros dans une folle aventure pour le fameux secret de Monkey Island. Des histoires de trésors et de pirates vont l'entrainer vers le port de Mêlée. Il faudra garder la foi et être curieux pour éventuellement se retrouver être poussé par les vents vers la légendaire Monkey Island -- une aventure à glacer le sang du boucanier le plus endurci.

Old classic
I believe it's the this time I am playing this game: the first was me myself, then with my wife, and now with our kids. The fourth one will be when the next generation will be ready for it.

i grew up playing the og version of monkey island loved ron gilbert monkey island 1 and 2 as well as curse of monkey island even though it wasnt ron gilbert and rob gilbert return to monkey island the rest of the series i could have done without but this brings back nostaliga

was a part of life of 70's-&80's-borns....in a row with day of the tentacle... it's a nice makeover & add-on for my 2 lil i4770/i4790 4gb gpu 8/16gb ram win10 pc's; on them i play older pc (90's - early2010's)/dos/amiga-emu games...still looking out for older cheap games on sale...
