"The Riven Companion" (Riven 2024 DLC)
Highly recommended! I held off buying the 2 DLCs until after completing my first run of the 2024 Riven remake. I knew I would be sad to leave Riven once the end credits have rolled and wanted to have something else from the Riven universe and CYAN to look forward to - and inform my future playthroughs. I also want to support the developers of the game I loved since the 90s by purchasing their additional content for its 2024 remake. I bought the "The Art of Riven" first and few days later this DLC, "The Riven Companion". I am very impressed by this one! It is 141 pages, split in 2 sections: The Riven Journal and The Riven Quick Guide. Both sections come in gorgeous layout and formatting (got chapter links), beautiful color scheme, many images from the game and lovely illustrations all throughout the document. The illustrations are my favorite part!! The entire document looks very nice and high quality. I wish it would be available in print.
