The Curse of Monkey Island™

This is the only game I can think of that makes me plain happy while playing. It makes me laugh more in the first 30 minutes than entire playthroughs of other games in the genre. Almost all of the puzzles are challenging, the interface is simple, the artwork still looks good and the music, voice acting and ambient sounds are excellent. One of the best games of all time. *examine jawbreaker* "It's only got a *little* bit of spit and hair on it"

I own the original CD but haven’t been able to play this amazing adventure game for a long time. This was an instant buy for me, and should be for you too! I remember playing this with my father in the 90’s, struggling with English back then, and trying to understand all the rhymes to each insult. So many fond memories! Thank you GOG for bringing this back to life!

Just buy the game. Honestly it's incredible.

I am actually happy that there are still in 2018 news for this game! Very glad it was added in an online store. Hopefully we will have new games like this in the future! It is a must-play classic game , it is the best game of the monkey island series in my opinion , it has nice and unique graphics , there is a huge quality soundtrack for every place you go and characters are beloved , there are great puzzles , funny dialogues and easter eggs from other games too. The audio just fits there wherever you go. Voice acting is AWESOME for every character. it is by far the best game as you can enjoy the big work from developers in every frame. Monkey 4 and 5 have nothing to do with this 2,5D game. I wish more Monkey games like this will be released in the future that are worked in story and puzzles. You will love it even if you don't like pirate or adventure games LEGEN ... DARY Arrrgghhhh... ahhhh... ahhhh... AHHHH... CHOOOO!

Easily the best monkey island game out there, nothing else really needs to be said.
